Ryan got me some beers for Christmas; they’re the “Smokestack” series from Boulevard. They look interesting, I haven’t looked them up on beeradvocate yet. One of them says that there was only around 12,000 made; that one was called Saison-brett and I’m not sure what kind of beer it is. There’s a quadruple ale, double IPA and a triple. I’m sure I’ll find time to enjoy them over New Years -_^

Got word that Patrica’s (grocery store in town) had some fine beers in from Sierra Nevada. Turns out they had Sierra Neveda harvest wet hop ale. I haven’t tried it yet but it could one of the best IPA’s out there. Look at this shiny review from beeradvocate ^_ -
