Here’s an intro into a mission for the new halo RTS. I doubt I’ll actually get the game (rts on console omg) but I like this cut scene.

That roommate of mine did his first triathlon in Dallas at the Toyota US Open this weekend.  He did the sprint triathlon, which is 800 meter swim, 40k (24.8 mile) bike, and 5k (3.1 mile) run.  Ended up finishing 23rd out of 302 people and 5th in his age group.  Also pulled the fastest time out of everyone in the running section.  He says his bike is some crappy 300 dollar job so he lost some time there.  He did the 24.8 mile bike ride in 1 hr. 19 min, tell me Savage is that decent or what?  His results are here (t1 and t2 are transition times between the events).  Full results are here.  You’ll notice the top Olympic triathlon times (which is basically twice the swimming and running as the sprint) are pretty much the same as the top sprint times, which is crazy, but there pros doing the Olympic triathlon that win tons of money for placing and such.  He got to meet some US Olympic triathletes which is pretty sweet.  He also said at the hotel they stayed in there was a huge Major League Gaming tournament, he talked with some dudes that were ranked 48th in the nation in Halo and were trying to qualify for an LA tourney.
